Program Manager — Engineering Programs & Delivery

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of engineering programs from requirements to release
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Coordinate across software, firmware, validation, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, QA, product, and external stakeholders
• Manage dependency tracking and lead program reviews and status meetings
• Coordinate release planning, readiness activities, and milestone sign-offs
• Identify program risks proactively and drive mitigation and escalation plans
• Improve engineering execution processes and drive adoption of CI/CD best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering project management
• Experience managing complex engineering programs involving software development and system integration
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in embedded systems, firmware, Linux, SDKs, or AI/ML platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows, release automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, or Gitea
• Experience in semiconductor, high-performance computing, or embedded Linux environments
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
