Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day to day operation and overall service delivery of the residential program
• Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for individuals in the program
• Hire, train, schedule, evaluate, discipline and supervise program staff
• Oversee client programming and documentation, including Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavior plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Three years of related experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults
• Ability to provide supervision and leadership to staff
• Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
