Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary focal point for all ICAM-related activities and program coordination
• Manage support within the Washington DC office and coordinate with on-site government program managers
• Develop and deliver project documents including work performed, travel budgets, and status reports
• Maintain a real-time Workforce Management program for credentialing specialists
• Support government operations by issuing credentials and resolving credential-related issues
• Conduct credential inventory and monitor access control systems
• Prepare daily card action reports and monthly progress reports for government representatives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing similar projects in scope and size
• Ability to qualify staff under government minimum background investigation (MBI) standards
• Ability to complete a favorable national agency check with inquiries (NACI) including tax and credit checks
• In-depth knowledge of operating credentialing equipment (SmartID, PAC Cards, Access Cards, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of experience in identity, access, and credentialing management services
• Knowledge of HSPD-12 directives, PIV credentialing, FIPS PUB 201, PKI, and FICAM requirements
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Security+ or other cybersecurity certifications
