Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight and technical program leadership for cybersecurity services supporting federal information systems and high-value assets
• Serve as the primary interface with Contracting Officers, CORs, Authorizing Officials, and agency cybersecurity leadership
• Coordinate execution of task orders including Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, Cyber Hunt, Incident Response, and Penetration Testing
• Direct and integrate multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams across governance, engineering, defensive operations, and threat analysis
• Ensure services comply with federal frameworks including FISMA, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, and OMB guidance
• Implement performance management, quality assurance, and risk management processes
• Oversee technical deliverable review, remediation prioritization, and risk acceptance documentation
• Provide executive-level briefings on threat landscape trends, vulnerability posture, and compliance status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 9+ years of relevant experience
• PMP certification

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP certification
