Program Manager Electronics

Responsibilities

• Lead global, cross-functional project teams to implement PCBA projects from feasibility analysis through to mass production
• Manage project scope, risks, communication, reporting, and change management from inception to serial production handover
• Coordinate stakeholders across various locations to ensure smooth project launches at the German facility
• Oversee project quoting, industrialization, and planning for electronic PCBA projects
• Manage project budgets, costs, and schedules, serving as a key point of contact for the Senior Program Manager
• Support the transformation of the German plant towards electronics manufacturing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers
• Drive cost reduction goals, including VAVE activities, and support the acquisition of new projects

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Program Manager or Launch Coordinator
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Outlook
• Driving license category B and willingness to travel for business
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial methodologies used in creating business cases
• Familiarity with electronics and related manufacturing processes
