About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support partner to a cohort of intervention and opt-in districts to ensure alignment with the EDFA playbook and implementation expectations.
- Coordinate and track district progress across key milestones, including launch readiness, implementation checkpoints, and execution priorities.
- Support superintendents, conservators, and district leaders through professional development, communities of practice, and network sessions.
- Manage execution across multiple workstreams, including playbook updates, governance, and field support coordination.
- Maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress across districts and partners.
- Coordinate logistics, agendas, and communications for cross-district professional development and quarterly network convenings.
- Act as a connector between internal teams, technical assistance providers, external partners, and district leadership.
- Collect and synthesize district-level implementation and performance data to identify trends and provide updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in program management, education systems, district operations, or state education programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex workstreams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and building relationships across organizations.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with K-12 school systems, district leadership teams, or state education agencies.
- Familiarity with instructional systems, performance management, and large-scale program implementation.
