Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables for vehicle E/E systems, architecture, electrical distribution, and connectivity
• Manage vehicle milestones and identify issues for gap closure
• Communicate and escalate status to the Vice President
• Lead budget coordination and strategic planning for the functional area
• Manage supplier coordination and risk management
• Oversee division targets including recruiting, organization, and cost targets

Requirements

• Background in automotive E/E systems and architecture
• Expertise in program management and business planning
• Strong management and budget coordination skills
• Master, PhD, or Dipl.-Ing. degree or comparable education
• Proficiency in tracking, gap closure planning, and technical problem-solving
