Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface to the COR and Government stakeholders
• Oversee execution of all task areas including engineering, operations, and program management
• Manage day-to-day contract performance and task order administration
• Track and report program performance, progress, and execution status
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program and project risks
• Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate resource allocation
• Support invoicing and financial tracking activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in IT program management
• Demonstrated experience managing complex federal IT programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification
• Eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or approved equivalent AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DHS and/or CISA environments
• Familiarity with federal IT governance frameworks such as SELC, NIST, or ITIL
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
