Program Manager – Digital & AI

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI and Digital Transformation programs across multiple business units
• Define program roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, governance, and success metrics
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers
• Drive program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and budgeting
• Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives while maintaining quality, scalability, and security standards
• Collaborate with AI platform, cloud, and cybersecurity teams for solution deployment
• Drive adoption of Agile delivery practices and foster innovation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs in global organizations
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project governance, and stakeholder management
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or SAFe certification
• Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or MLOps
• Ability to work with globally distributed engineering and business teams
