About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program execution for diagnostics software deliverables across complex silicon programs.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering, design, platform, and validation teams to define requirements and delivery scope.
- Translate technical requirements and customer needs into executable program plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
- Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple global teams and geographies.
- Coordinate diagnostic software releases, customer deliverables, and test readiness to support silicon bring-up and production.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue triage to ensure program alignment and closure.
- Provide clear status updates to technical leadership and program stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in software program management, engineering program management, or technical project management.
- Domain knowledge in semiconductor, silicon validation, embedded software, or diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile execution models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting silicon bring-up, customer escalations, or critical debug efforts.
- PMP, Scrum, or similar professional program/project management certifications.
- Ability to translate deep technical discussions into actionable program risks and schedules.
