Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce daily schedules and adjust program operations as needed
• Manage logistics for family visitations and offsite activities like Equine Therapy and Yoga
• Coordinate patient transportation with intake and outpatient departments
• Create and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement plans
• Drive business development through EAP partnerships, liaison work, and military base visits
• Oversee personnel management including hiring, orientation, training, and employee relations
• Facilitate non-clinical groups focused on community building and goal setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute discharges
• Serve as the program’s fiscal manager

Requirements

• Master’s degree in MSW, MHA, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare management, supervisory, or program administration experience
• Proven experience in behavioral health systems, substance abuse treatment, or psychiatric care
• Familiarity with military bases, Veteran Affairs (VA), and EAP
• Current CPR certification
• Nevada clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) preferred
