Program Manager, Data Farm

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational lead coordinating between Engineering and the Data Farm for all active and upcoming DOEs
• Review DOE requirements and translate them into prioritized, executable work plans
• Ensure each DOE is assigned to the appropriate welding cell based on process requirements and capability
• Maintain and adjust the integrated DOE schedule across all welding cells to maximize throughput
• Manage the operational transition from Sales to the Data Farm for model training engagements
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers during the model training phase
• Generate recurring operational status reports regarding throughput, schedule adherence, and execution risks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, welding, R&D, or test environments
• Working knowledge of welding processes, terminology, and parameters
• Experience coordinating complex operational or engineering programs across multiple teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with scheduling, operational tracking, and program management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in robotic welding or automated manufacturing
• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology
• Background supporting data collection or AI/model training operations in R&D
• Experience with ERP, MES, or data logging systems
