Program Manager – Data Center Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of hyperscale data center construction projects across multiple U.S. locations
• Develop and maintain program-level plans, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and executive leadership
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies for mission-critical infrastructure
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and support staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction programs
• Experience in mission-critical or data center environments
• Proven track record in program governance, cost control, scheduling, and risk management
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center infrastructure
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Tableau, Data Studio, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Professional certifications such as PMP or AACE
