Program Manager – Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and engineers to support a client's performance measurement program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for the Government and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR).
• Plan, direct, and schedule contract work to ensure timely and successful completion of all tasks.
• Monitor program performance for conformance to scope, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
• Prepare and disseminate Monthly Contract Status Reports (MCSR) regarding compliance and performance.
• Provide daily oversight of personnel, including technical standup meetings and workstream reviews.
• Manage program knowledge management and business continuity documentation.
• Gather project requirements and propose operational and technical solutions.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-7 years of progressive research or analytics experience.
• Advanced expertise in data visualization, specifically Tableau dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
• Strong understanding of performance measurement principles and quantitative/qualitative analysis methods.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting strategy to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, business administration, or a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of analytics experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
• Demonstrated experience working directly with client and Sponsor organizations.
