Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional project team in China through the full program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Develop comprehensive Program Management plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS) and detailed schedules.
• Drive scope and change management while ensuring program accountability and follow-through on commitments.
• Use project management tools to assess program health, including earned value (CPI/SPI), quality, and technical performance.
• Identify, quantify, and manage risks and opportunities with effective mitigation plans.
• Ensure the successful fulfillment of the business case and alignment with the strategic product roadmap.
• Establish strong relationships with cross-functional leadership and key customers.
• Mentor and coach team members to inspire high performance and meet commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6–10 years of professional experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of the Stage-Gate process.
• Skilled in using MS Project or other PPM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
