Program Manager - Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS)

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large task orders related to Counter Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) solutions and services for DHS agencies
• Provide functional leadership and direction to program-specific operations staff
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer peers and act as the primary company representative
• Manage the execution of planned work through all project lifecycle phases, ensuring technical, financial, and schedule goals are met
• Track program progress using measurable metrics, including Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Lead detailed planning for new work scope and manage partner, teammate, and subcontractor execution
• Identify opportunities for additional work scope within current and new customer accounts
• Support proposal efforts and marketing activities as required

Requirements

• 15+ years of related professional work experience
• Proven experience in project management, specifically leading complex projects for US Government customers
• Experience with WBS generation, cost-estimating, and EVM practices
• Ability to obtain DHS suitability
• Prior leadership experience in high-visibility roles
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Counter-UAS or UAS programs
• Experience working on projects for DHS agencies
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• PMP or equivalent professional certifications
• Experience managing all phases of the program life-cycle
