Program Manager - Consumer Products

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Oversee execution across all phases including ideation, planning, development, testing, and launch
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, and operations
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans
• Monitor progress and performance metrics while implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Provide clear updates through dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish post-launch monitoring loops

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in program or product management
• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with product development tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
