Program Manager, Comms Quality, Builder Experience & Success

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to improve the quality and consistency of Selling Partner communications across email, web notifications, SMS, and mobile push channels.
• Ensure all content sent to Selling Partners is defect-free, high-quality, relevant, and thoughtful.
• Shape internal content quality policies and guidelines and ensure adherence throughout the creation process.
• Work with internal teams to resolve identified defects and institute mechanisms to scale resolution across hundreds of teams.
• Develop and enforce content quality standards, guidelines, and QA processes to proactively monitor communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Proven track record of driving communications quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
