About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for Commercial initiatives including scoping, planning, and risk management
- Build and maintain program dashboards and tracking systems for stakeholder reporting
- Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and scope changes
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to drive outcomes
- Serve as the Commercial workstream lead within company-wide strategic initiatives
- Own the global Commercial knowledge infrastructure and intranet governance
- Support the evaluation and adoption of tools and technologies to enhance program delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience in program management
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail
- Ability to build program dashboards and status reporting frameworks
- Strong cross-functional relationship building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning knowledge management or resource centralization initiatives
