Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, enterprise-wide Voice and Unified Communications programs through the full end-to-end lifecycle
• Develop program strategies, business cases, and detailed project plans
• Coordinate technical and non-technical resources to ensure alignment with business goals
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Track program schedules, milestones, and task details to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage program budgets, resource forecasting, and vendor relationships
• Communicate progress, strategy changes, and major milestones to business and engineering leadership

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in program or project management
• Proficiency in budgeting and resource forecasting
• Strong expertise in project planning and schedule management
• Experience with vendor management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
