About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, enterprise-wide Voice and Unified Communications service programs through the full end-to-end lifecycle
- Develop program strategies, business cases, and detailed project plans to ensure alignment with business needs
- Coordinate technical and non-technical resources to meet established dates and deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Support budget and resource forecasting exercises
- Communicate program strategy, progress, and changes to business and engineering leadership
- Monitor the quality of program deliverables and manage deployment schedules and tools
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in program or project management
- Proven experience in program planning, execution, and managing critical paths
- Strong skills in risk and issue analysis
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination abilities
- Experience with budget and resource forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools such as Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
