About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal project teams
- Collaborate with Project Managers to convey key project information, updates, and risks to clients
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio
- Ensure consistent communication and reporting to enterprise clients
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery
- Support procurement strategies and contract management as needed
- Facilitate project reviews, documentation, and handover processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project portfolios
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise clients and international-standard projects
- Familiarity with project management tools and design software
