Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute India portfolio strategy aligned with business growth and workplace objectives
• Lead office acquisitions, lease renewals, consolidations, expansions, and relocations
• Manage end-to-end delivery of office fit-outs, workplace transformations, and renovations
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management for capital programs
• Provide strategic oversight of outsourced facilities management operations and service delivery partners
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks for facilities management
• Partner with business leaders, finance, procurement, HR, and legal teams
• Monitor workplace utilization and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, or Program Management
• Proven experience managing a multi-city India office portfolio
• Experience leading workplace transformation programs
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or Facilities Management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• PMP, PRINCE2, MRICS, IFMA, or CoreNet certifications
