Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and monitoring of housing operations
• Act as the guarantor for projects regarding legal, technical, administrative, financial, and commercial aspects
• Oversee projects from building permit filing to program delivery
• Coordinate information flow between investors, clients, and partners
• Represent the Client (Maître d'Ouvrage) on-site and act as the primary contact for technical stakeholders, including control offices, designers, and contractors

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering, Technical, Legal, or Business fields
• Several years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in legal, administrative, and financial management is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and project management capabilities
• High sense of anticipation and organizational skills
