Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and monitoring of housing operations
• Act as the guarantor for projects regarding legal, technical, administrative, financial, and commercial aspects
• Oversee projects from building permit filing to program delivery
• Coordinate information flow between investors, clients, and partners
• Represent the Client (Maître d'Ouvrage) on-site
• Act as the primary contact for execution managers and technical stakeholders (control offices, OPC, SPS, BET, contractors, etc.)

Requirements

• Higher education in Engineering, Technical fields, or Business School
• Several years of experience in similar functions
• Confirmed experience in TCE construction site management is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and project management ability
• High sense of anticipation and proactive approach
