Program Manager, Client Services

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with manufacturers and the Access or Affordability Support Services Division
• Supervise and coordinate daily workflow for staff within specific manufacturer programs
• Provide strategic client management and virtual program call center oversight
• Schedule staff and manage workflows to optimize productivity and limit expenses
• Monitor call center staff interactions with patients, providers, and third-party payers
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) per client requests while maintaining version control
• Collect research and data to compile reports and quarterly business reviews for clients
• Act as the direct point of contact for client communications and updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of relevant professional work experience
• 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field
• Proven experience in call center management or supervision
• Strong understanding of insurance and adjudication processes
• Ability to perform data entry at a rate of 30wpm or higher
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience using IQVIA data and products
• Experience with pharmacy and medical co-pay claims processing
• Project management experience overseeing multi-discipline projects
