We provide a full continuum of services, including detox, dual diagnosis treatment, residential and outpatient programs, and specialized mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Support daily program operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards and State of California regulations
• Provide guidance, support, and training to program staff, including counselors and therapists
• Facilitate communication between clients, families, and program staff
• Monitor facility maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Participate in on-call rotation for clinical emergencies
• Review and verify staff timecards before payroll submission

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or mental health services
• Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC) or Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC) preferred
• Valid CPR and First Aid Card
• Current Tuberculosis (TB) or X-Ray clearance
• Successful clearance of DHCS and Guardian
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
