Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with ministry and departmental leaders to gather and refine technology requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans, scopes, and prioritized workstreams
• Create and maintain project and product roadmaps providing visibility into timelines and risks
• Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams and ministries to remove blockers
• Manage third-party vendors, including engagement, accountability, and service quality
• Facilitate project planning activities including discovery, milestone planning, and risk identification
• Monitor progress across initiatives and proactively manage dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, project management, or related field
• Proven experience managing complex programs or product initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated strength in requirements gathering and roadmap planning
• Experience managing third-party vendors and internal staff
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Must be, or willing to become, a participating member of CCV

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of mobile application development or cloud-based systems
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Monday.com
