About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end communication strategies for enterprise transformation, supply chain, and sustainability initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted communications partner to the Chief Sustainability Officer and SVP of Supply Chain Planning
  • Write high-impact keynotes, executive remarks, talking points, and strategic narratives for internal and external forums
  • Translate complex sustainability and supply chain topics into clear, accessible, and compelling narratives
  • Manage communications for complex, multi-workstream programs within Supply Chain Planning
  • Partner with design resources to create visual narratives, storyboards, and high-impact presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in executive communications, change communications, or program communications
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives and shaping executive-level narratives
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and synthesis skills
  • Strong program management orientation with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with sustainability, supply chain, transformation, or enterprise strategy topics
  • Comfort supporting external thought leadership and public-facing executive engagements
  • Experience facilitating teams through change using structured frameworks
  • Familiarity with leadership effectiveness frameworks or coaching certifications
