Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Bridge cross-functional technical initiatives to deliver complex programmes for the Rides vertical
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and data analysts to plan execution of initiatives with layered dependencies
• Organise and align multiple stakeholders, including third-party partners, to drive accountable execution
• Develop a deep understanding of technical architecture to manage risks, trade-offs, and cross-team dependencies
• Drive progress transparency through structured communication of status, blockers, and milestones
• Lead incident coordination, post-mortems, and the closure of action items to build systemic resilience
• Own go-live orchestration for major launches, including rollout gates and readiness sign-offs
• Embed AI tooling into core programme workflows to synthesize intelligence and surface dependency risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a fast-paced engineering organisation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of distributed systems and architectural trade-offs
• Background in fundamental engineering concepts including SSDLC, testing methodologies, and API monitoring
• Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
• Experience managing programmes with significant third-party integration and API dependencies
• Familiarity with programme management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to operate with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
