About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Users’ Onboarding program.
  • Coordinate business and IT workstreams, including HR, Identity & Access Management, M365, End User Computing, and Payroll.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Monitor program progress, budgets, resources, and delivery readiness.
  • Escalate and resolve blockers impacting timelines, scope, or quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Program Management experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrable skills in both Project and Program Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince, or similar).
  • Experience in the Retail industry.
