About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Users’ Onboarding program.
- Coordinate business and IT workstreams, including HR, Identity & Access Management, M365, End User Computing, and Payroll.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and global teams.
- Monitor program progress, budgets, resources, and delivery readiness.
- Escalate and resolve blockers impacting timelines, scope, or quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Program Management experience.
- Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience.
- Demonstrable skills in both Project and Program Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince, or similar).
- Experience in the Retail industry.
