Program Manager, Buying Defects

Responsibilities

• Identify system defects requiring manual downstream efforts and partner with owner teams to design solutions that eliminate them at the source.
• Own and deliver on key business metrics including buying automation, forecasting accuracy, and UHI.
• Establish review mechanisms with partner teams to drive continuous performance improvements.
• Lead WBR, MBR, and QBR reviews for the organization with senior leadership across Retail and RBS.
• Partner with upstream tech and retail teams to drive automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and utilizing data to determine necessary improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale process improvements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
