About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead writer for the team, crafting articles, executive communications, briefing documents, and go-to-market plans.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand the reach of experiential and storytelling programs.
  • Identify and secure mission-aligned collaboration partners, including brands, culinary organizations, and media platforms.
  • Build compelling narratives that translate food culture and sourcing standards into persuasive stories.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sustainability, PR, Social, Culinary, and Merchandising teams to activate integrated marketing programs.
  • Own creative storytelling from concept through activation to ensure brand alignment and quality.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure partnership impact on brand perception and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing across multiple formats (articles, executive communications, marketing copy, etc.).
  • Experience developing and managing external partnerships or collaborations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, communications, and/or merchandising teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in journalism, editorial, or professional writing.
  • Experience in food, grocery, CPG, or lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of food systems, sourcing, sustainability, and community-building.
  • Experience developing experiential or event-based partnerships.
  • Familiarity with brand measurement frameworks, including sentiment analysis and engagement metrics.
