Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations, personnel management, and contract delivery
• Serve as primary interface between contractor teams and Government stakeholders
• Oversee development and implementation of quality assurance standards and program improvement initiatives
• Track program milestones, budgets, risk, and deliverables in alignment with contract terms
• Ensure all reporting, compliance, and documentation requirements are met
• Manage resource allocation and staffing continuity across geographically dispersed teams

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience managing military community support programs
• 5+ years of experience leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions within military or Government sectors
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Military/Veteran Service Organization community
• Demonstrated experience supporting Outreach and Engagement efforts
• Demonstrated experience managing DoD IT and Cybersecurity Programs
