Program Manager-Automotive

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the new product introduction (NPI) process for Module Platforms within the automotive product line
• Take ownership of development schedules, budgets, priorities, risk assessments, and product quality targets
• Utilize project management tools to define project scope, cost, and schedule to ensure all commitments are met
• Proactively drive process improvements and implement changes to ensure project, team, and business success
• Collaborate across the organization to coordinate all product release activities and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Identify necessary resources, assign individual responsibilities, and prioritize project efforts based on business requirements

Requirements

• BS in Engineering with experience in a product development environment
• Demonstrated success managing multiple development projects simultaneously within the semiconductor industry
• Proficiency with project management tools to define and track scope, cost, and schedule
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with the ability to influence and gain commitments without direct authority
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate technical obstacles in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
