About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring system performance and resolving problems
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs related to patient access processes
- Recruit, lead, and develop departmental associates
- Partner with training departments to create educational curriculum
- Handle escalated calls, complaints, and queries
- Collaborate with management to execute programs for conversion, compliance, and adherence
- Prepare agenda items and content for client meetings and quarterly reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of healthcare industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Ability to manage direct and indirect reports
- Advanced problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience in Specialty or Mail Order Pharmacy preferred
