About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the programmatic and operational aspects of residential services for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
- Provide developmental supervision to employees to ensure programmatic requirements and regulatory standards are met.
- Foster a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for both supported individuals and staff.
- Oversee fiscal management of programs under the guidance of the Program Director.
- Coordinate medical, psychiatric, and social-emotional services for supported individuals.
- Ensure compliance with organization policies, state/federal regulations, and licensing standards.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and oversee program and vehicle safety.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, families, and state agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Ability to provide on-call support as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and walking.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
