Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the programmatic and operational aspects of residential services for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
• Provide developmental supervision to employees to ensure programmatic requirements and regulatory standards are met.
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for both supported individuals and staff.
• Oversee fiscal management of programs under the guidance of the Program Director.
• Coordinate medical, psychiatric, and social-emotional services for supported individuals.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies, state/federal regulations, and licensing standards.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and oversee program and vehicle safety.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, families, and state agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to provide on-call support as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and walking.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
