Program Manager, ASIC

Responsibilities

• Create and manage integrated program schedules by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Escalate key issues and present resolution options to executive teams.
• Lead development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing, and executing product qualification and successful product ramps.
• Drive Product Life Cycle process compliance, including phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews.
• Publish monthly metrics regarding actual performance against commitments.
• Manage operations in coordination with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Handle Purchase Requisitions/Orders and track them through to closure.
• Manage ISO/IATF processes and track relevant KPIs.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Technical Program Management experience within the ASIC industry.
• Expertise in ASIC program and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Jira.
• Experience in operations management and ISO/IATF processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• BE/B Tech in Semiconductor engineering.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams including designers, verification, implementation, and IP teams.
