Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple related projects to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate dependencies, timelines, and resources
• Develop program roadmaps and track progress against milestones and KPIs
• Extract, clean, and synthesize data using SQL to enable accurate analysis
• Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques like regression and clustering to inform decisions
• Develop and visualize insights through reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
