Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of project strategy and feasibility optimization
- Assist in the development of financial and architectural feasibility studies
- Support relations with local authorities regarding declarations, authorizations, and permits
- Help in the designation of project managers and service providers
- Assist in the preparation of building permit applications and administrative authorizations
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Support the project manager during the operational setup of the project
- Work within a team to address technical, financial, and legal challenges of real estate projects
