Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data and analytics programs to ensure they meet quality standards and budget constraints.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program communications, engaging with stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business leaders to define program roadmaps, strategies, and KPIs.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between data engineering, data science, business intelligence, and IT teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues while developing effective contingency plans.
• Manage program resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to optimize delivery efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management with a proven track record of delivering complex, technical projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a data-centric environment with knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and business intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as BigQuery and Databricks.
• Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Knowledge of enterprise performance management solutions like Anaplan.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
