Program Manager, AMZL Launch & Expansion

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address organizational challenges
• Drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change within the AMZL network
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish, prioritize, and execute improvement programs
• Take a big-picture approach to business operations to drive improvements across multiple teams
• Enhance operational performance through strategic project planning and stakeholder partnership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to drive improvements
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Proven track record of leading process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
