Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive project and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance
• Manage customer accounts and portfolios, ensuring alignment with customer platforms and solutions
• Create and maintain project management artifacts including schedules, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs
• Identify action or mitigation plans for risks and issues arising during the project lifecycle
• Facilitate cross-development team dependencies and communications to provide project status updates
• Collaborate with core execution teams to identify areas requiring special attention or escalations
• Collect, analyze, and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience in technical program management
• Experience in customer relationship management and managing complex technical lifecycles
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• Experience working in a matrix management or horizontal leadership environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Scrum Master certification
• Formal project management education
• Experience in people management
