Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead ODM/OEM partner program requirements and execution from concept to mass production.
• Manage customer programs, schedules, and issues related to hardware, software, and business requirements.
• Act as the primary communication interface between customers and internal AMD stakeholders to align with product strategy.
• Define, track, and report on major program deliverables and critical milestones to the executive team.
• Coordinate product changes, including ECNs, BOM, and security updates, with relevant engineering and product groups.
• Facilitate corrective actions and lessons learned to improve internal processes and product quality.
• Partner with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities and new business wins.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification or formal project management education.
• Proven experience in technical program management or customer support roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GPU and Server architecture (hardware and software).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Operating Systems, device drivers, firmware, and BIOS.
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning workloads.
• Familiarity with virtualization software (e.g., Citrix, VMware) and compute technologies (e.g., OpenCL).
• Proficiency in program management methodologies.
