Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define program mission, vision, and tenets, setting objectives and driving improvements quantified by metrics
• Analyze business problems, automation limitations, and scaling factors to drive strategic decisions
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems to ensure seamless integration
• Identify and mitigate business risks before they become roadblocks to delivery
• Ensure critical path timelines are met and project prioritization is visible to senior leadership
• Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to root cause and solve complex system reliability problems
• Partner with analysts and BI engineers to build analytical solutions that deliver on business goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical/quantitative field
• Fluency in both Business English and Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear, detailed requirement documents
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
