Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation resources in Amazon logistics systems following strict configuration change processes
• Coordinate interaction between transportation business and local/global tech teams
• Streamline system change processes and optimize internal working workflows
• Manage internal projects including process optimization and customer experience improvement
• Troubleshoot system issues and respond to inquiries from various teams
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to generate weekly metrics, forecasting, and daily reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program experience
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and writing detailed requirement documents
• Experience using Microsoft Projects software
• Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
