Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large scale projects from initiation through delivery within the Amazon Ads Brand Innovation Lab
• Gather requirements from business owners and internal partners to write detailed functional specifications
• Drive technical scoping and prioritize programs, features, and research to deliver customer-centric advertising solutions
• Optimize procedures, processes, and best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Identify and define risk-mitigation contingencies and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple lines of business
• Design short and long-term solutions for internal and external teams, including supply chain partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to determine and drive business improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of an organization
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules
