Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the India Liquidations program charter and develop KPI/metrics to measure input drivers.
• Develop program initiatives and product solutions to scale the Liquidation business and improve value recovery from unsellable returns.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Fulfillment Center Operations, Finance, and Compliance to improve performance.
• Partner with product and technology teams to shape the vision of products and use technology to scale the liquidations program.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and other compliance teams to ensure adherence to tax obligations for sellers and Amazon.
• Build and operationalize frameworks for liquidation contracts and execution using strong financial acumen.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine necessary improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
