Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Launch new programs, monitor performance indicators, and report progress against key objectives and milestones
• Use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives
• Work across various Amazon departments to identify and leverage best practices
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to solve challenges and scale Amazon operations
• Manage stakeholder relationships and internal processes while defining operational standards

Requirements

• University degree
• Significant experience in leading cross-functional programs or projects using project management methodologies
• Proven experience using data or customer feedback to influence business decision-making
• Experience managing complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher education degree
• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMI)
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
• Previous experience in operations or working closely with technical teams
