Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging specification development and validation in partnership with vendors
• Oversee transit testing and troubleshooting to ensure packaging performance and regulatory compliance
• Manage packaging initiatives that support sustainability goals and Amazon operational requirements
• Lead end-to-end program management for on-pack end-of-life labeling changeovers
• Maintain packaging data quality and integrity across internal systems
• Support the briefing and sourcing of packaging by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Food Safety and Product Development

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization
• Knowledge of e-commerce packaging requirements, ISTA testing protocols, or sustainable packaging design
